For people who want a clear start.

Most coaching is open-ended — you start, you keep going, and you don't really know what "progress" looks like or when you've arrived. This is the opposite.
The 12-Week Program is for adults who want a defined commitment, a clear structure, and an honest assessment at the end of what changed. Twelve weeks is enough time to build real strength, change real habits, and feel real differences in how your body moves. It's not enough time to coast.
A strong fit if you- Have been thinking about coaching but want a defined window
- Need a clear structure and timeline to commit
- Are coming back to training after a long pause
- Want to test what's possible before committing longer-term
- Have a specific event or milestone twelve weeks out

Three phases. Twelve weeks.
Every program follows the same arc — but every program is built from scratch around your assessment, your goals, and your body. The phases are the framework. The work inside them is yours.
Foundation · Weeks 1–4
Full movement assessment, baseline measurements, and the first version of your program. We build technique, consistency, and trust in the work before we add intensity.
Build · Weeks 5–8
Progressive load, deeper work, and habit integration. This is where the program steps up — both in what you can handle and in what you can see yourself capable of.
Integrate · Weeks 9–12
We test capacity, lock in the habits, and run a full reassessment. By week twelve we know exactly what changed — and you have a clear plan for whatever comes next.
The full twelve-week experience.
Everything you need to walk in on week one and walk out on week twelve measurably stronger, moving better, and clearer about what's next.
Full Movement Assessment
Comprehensive evaluation of strength, mobility, structure, and movement patterns. The foundation everything else is built on.
Baseline · PersonalCustom 12-Week Program
A complete program built from scratch around your assessment. Three phases, progressive structure, and real adjustments based on what your body tells us week to week.
Bespoke · AdaptiveWeekly Coaching Sessions
Twice-weekly sessions in person (or remote, depending on format). Hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and the attention that makes the work actually work.
2x/week · 60 minFinal Reassessment & Plan
At week twelve, we run the full assessment again. Hard data on what changed, an honest conversation about what's next, and a clear plan — whether you continue with me or not.
Honest · Documented
"At the start, I wasn't sure twelve weeks would actually change much. I'd tried programs before and they all blurred together. This was different. The assessments at the beginning and end were the proof — measurably stronger, moving better, and clearer about what I want from training going forward. Worth every session."
Common questions.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the intro call — happy to talk it through with no obligation.
— 01How does this compare to your ongoing coaching?+
The work is the same quality and the same attention — what changes is structure and commitment. The 12-Week Program has a defined arc, three phases, and a real endpoint with reassessment built in. Ongoing coaching is open-ended: same coaching, no fixed schedule. Many clients start with the 12-week program to test whether longer-term coaching is the right fit.
— 02What happens after the twelve weeks?+
We sit down with your assessment data and have an honest conversation. Some clients continue with ongoing coaching (1:1 or small group). Some take what they learned and run with it on their own. Some come back six months later for a tune-up. Whatever serves you next is the right answer — and we figure it out together.
— 03How often do we train?+
Twice a week is the standard. That's the frequency that produces measurable change without overloading recovery — especially for adults navigating real life: work, family, sleep, the rest of it. Some clients add a third weekly session; some prefer once-weekly with a structured home program in between. We tailor frequency to your situation.
— 04Can the program be done remotely?+
Yes — and many clients combine in-person with remote. The first and last weeks are always in person when geographically possible, so we can run the bookend assessments hands-on. The weeks in between can flex between in-person and remote depending on your schedule.
— 05What if life gets in the way?+
Life happens — and we plan for it from the start. Travel, illness, and family events don't reset the program. The twelve weeks are the work, not the calendar. We adjust the schedule around your reality and keep the structure intact.
— 06Is there a cost difference vs ongoing coaching?+
The 12-Week Program is structured as a single committed engagement, which often works out to a slight discount per session compared to open-ended coaching. We walk through specifics on the intro call once we know what format and frequency fits your situation.
