Who this is for

Built for adults who want the whole picture.

Adult living a strong, active life
Strong in the gym, capable everywhere else.

Most of what determines your energy, strength, and resilience happens outside the gym. Sleep, food, recovery, daily movement — they either compound your training or quietly undo it.

Lifestyle coaching is for the person who's ready to address all of it. Not with rigid meal plans or punishing routines, but with practical, sustainable habits that actually fit your life. Built deliberately, evolved over time, and supported by regular check-ins.

A great fit if you
  • Already train but feel like the rest of your life isn't keeping up
  • Want to improve energy, sleep, and recovery without overhauling everything
  • Are skeptical of diet plans but open to better food habits
  • Need accountability more than another program
  • Travel often or have a schedule that breaks rigid routines
Adult living with consistent healthy habits
Habits that hold, season after season.
What's included

Four areas, covered well.

Lifestyle coaching covers the foundational pillars that determine whether your training actually compounds — or just keeps you in place. Mix and emphasis is built around your specific goals.

— 01

Movement Habits

Daily and weekly routines that keep your body capable — walking, mobility work, posture, micro-movement throughout the day. Built around what your real schedule looks like.

Daily · Sustainable
— 02

Sleep & Recovery

The practices that determine energy, mood, and how well your body adapts. Sleep hygiene, recovery routines, stress regulation, and the small inputs that make a big difference.

Restoration · Resilience
— 03

Nutrition Basics

Foundational nutrition principles — not meal plans, not restriction. The few things that matter most, dialed in over time, with room for the way you actually like to eat.

Principles · Flexible
— 04

Accountability & Check-ins

Regular calls and messaging to adjust the plan as life changes. The accountability layer that turns intentions into the habits that actually stick.

Calls · Messaging
How it works

A coaching relationship, not a plan you download.

Lifestyle coaching is built around regular conversation, ongoing adjustment, and a relationship that evolves with you. Here's the rhythm of how we work together.

01

Listen first

We start with a deep conversation about your life, your schedule, your history, and what's been getting in the way. No template, no assumptions.

02

Build together

We design a plan that fits — habits that work with your real week, not against it. Small, deliberate, and built to evolve.

03

Check in often

Regular calls and messaging to adjust as life changes. The plan you start with isn't the plan you finish with — and that's the whole point.

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the intro call — happy to talk it through with no obligation.

— 01Do I need to be doing personal training too?+

No — lifestyle coaching works standalone. Many clients do this without ever stepping into the gym for sessions. It's also a strong complement to 1:1 or small group training if you want both layers working together.

— 02Is this nutrition coaching? Will you tell me what to eat?+

Nutrition is part of it, but this isn't meal plans or calorie tracking. I focus on foundational principles — the few things that matter most for sustainable energy and body composition — and we work them into how you actually eat. If you need specialized clinical nutrition guidance, I'll point you to the right kind of professional.

— 03How often do we meet?+

Typically a weekly or bi-weekly 30-minute call — the cadence depends on your goals and how much support you need. Between calls, we stay in touch via messaging for quick questions, adjustments, and the small things that come up.

— 04Is this in-person or remote?+

Either — your choice. Most lifestyle coaching happens by phone or video call, which makes it work for clients anywhere. In-person check-ins are available if you're local to Wilmington and that fits how you like to work.

— 05What if my goals or life situation changes?+

That's the whole point. Lifestyle coaching is built to flex with you — through travel, busy seasons, family changes, new health considerations, whatever shows up. The plan you start with isn't the plan you finish with, and that's a feature, not a bug.
