Who this is for

Real coaching, not a workout app.

Remote coaching client at their own gym
Your gym. Your schedule. Real coaching.

Remote coaching is for the person who wants individualized programming and a real coaching relationship — but who can't, or doesn't want to, train with a coach in person every week.

You bring the gym. I bring the plan, the eyes on your form, the adjustments, and the relationship. We work together through video, calls, and messaging — and the work doesn't suffer for the distance.

A great fit if you
  • Live somewhere without a coach who specializes in adults like you
  • Travel often and need training that travels with you
  • Already train independently and want intelligent programming + accountability
  • Have a home gym, a workplace setup, or a regular gym you like
  • Used to train with me in person and want to keep the relationship going

What's included

Everything that makes coaching actually work.

Remote isn't a stripped-down version of in-person coaching — it's a complete coaching relationship, built for distance and delivered through the right combination of tools and rhythm.

— 01

Video Movement Assessment

A full movement assessment delivered through recorded video plus a live call. We look at how you actually move, identify what to address first, and build from there.

Recorded · Reviewed live
— 02

Custom Programming

Your program is built around your actual setup — the gym you train at, the equipment you have, the time you can give it. Delivered through an app or PDF, updated as you progress.

Your setup · Your schedule
— 03

Form Check Reviews

Record your sets — get coaching back. Video form reviews catch the things that matter, refine your technique, and keep your work moving forward without me being in the room.

Video review · Specific cues
— 04

Calls & Messaging

Regular scheduled calls plus ongoing messaging between sessions. The relationship is the heart of this — and it works remotely as well as it works in person.

Sync calls · Async support
How it works

The coaching, at a distance.

The principles don't change because we're not in the same room. The relationship still leads. The plan still adapts to who you are. The work still compounds.

01

Assess remotely

You record movement videos following a simple protocol I send. We meet on a live call to walk through what we see and talk through your goals, history, and constraints.

02

Train your way

Your program lands in your hands — built around your actual gym, equipment, and schedule. Clear instructions, demonstration videos, and an app or PDF that fits your workflow.

03

Stay connected

Regular calls keep the relationship strong. Form check videos and messaging keep the work refined. Adjustments happen continuously, not just at quarterly check-ins.

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the intro call — happy to talk it through with no obligation.

— 01How is this different from a workout app?+

A workout app gives you generic programs. Remote coaching gives you a coach. The program is built specifically for you, it evolves as you progress, and you have a real human reviewing your form, adjusting the work, and supporting you between sessions. The app is just one of the tools we use to deliver that.

— 02Do I need a home gym or fancy equipment?+

No. The program is built around what you actually have access to — a full gym, a home setup with basic equipment, or even just bodyweight and bands. We make smart programming choices based on your situation, not the other way around.

— 03How does the assessment work without being in person?+

I send you a short movement protocol — five to ten minutes of specific movements to film with your phone. You send the videos back, and we meet on a live call to walk through what we see together. It captures the same information as an in-person assessment, with the benefit that you can re-record anything that wasn't clear.

— 04Will I miss out on hands-on coaching?+

There's no replacement for physical hands-on cueing — that's true. But for the majority of coaching, what you actually need is sharp eyes, the right cues at the right time, and consistent feedback over weeks and months. Video gets all of that done. For the small percentage of work that requires hands-on, we can plan for periodic in-person sessions if you travel through Wilmington.

— 05How often do we connect?+

A weekly or bi-weekly scheduled call (typically 30–45 minutes), plus messaging access between calls for quick questions and form check videos. The cadence is built around what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all template.
