Best fit for adults who want real, lasting progress.

1:1 personal training provides the highest level of attention, guidance, and personalization — especially valuable for adults looking to build strength, improve mobility, stay active, and feel more confident as they age.
This is for people who want to better understand their body, move with less pain and more confidence, and train in a way that supports real life. People who are done with quick fixes, intimidating gym environments, and programs that don't take their lifestyle, limitations, or long-term health into account. The focus is on safe, sustainable progress that helps you move better, feel stronger, and maintain your independence for years to come.

Everything you need to actually progress.
Personal training isn't just the hour in the gym. It's the assessment, the plan, the adjustments, and the support between sessions — all of it tailored to you.
Movement Assessment
We start by understanding how your body actually moves today. Range, strength, history, restrictions — everything that shapes a smart starting point.
Foundation · Starting pointIndividualized Program
A program built specifically for you. Not a template, not a recycled plan — designed around your body, your goals, and the time you actually have.
Custom · Goal-aligned1:1 Coached Sessions
Focused 60-minute sessions at Peak Performance's private training facilities — calm, uncrowded, and built for attention to detail.
Private setting · Focused workOngoing Adjustments
Your program evolves as you do. Tweaks, progressions, recovery weeks, and adjustments based on what's working and what life is asking of you.
Adaptive · SustainableCalm, focused, conversational.
Closer to a music lesson than a boot camp. Sixty minutes of focused work, with the time to explain what we're doing, why we're doing it, and how it fits into the bigger picture.
Warm-up & movement prep
Tailored to your body that day — what's stiff, what needs activating, what's going to come next. Never generic.
Strength & skill work
The main work. Built around the day's focus, your current program phase, and the cues you need to keep refining.
Cool-down & debrief
Recovery work, a few notes on how it went, and what to focus on between now and the next session. Then you're done.

Andrew has helped me work through long-standing knee issues by correcting weaknesses and steadily improving my strength and balance. He gives me exercises to do at home between sessions, which has made a real difference in how I move day to day.
The 12-Week Program.
A structured 12-week coaching program with a clear starting point, guided phases of progression, and a thoughtful reassessment at the end. Designed for adults who want to make a meaningful commitment to their health and fitness — without feeling locked into something indefinite.
Twelve weeks is enough time to build meaningful strength, improve movement, create healthier habits, and feel noticeable changes in everyday life — while still working toward a focused, achievable goal. At the end, an honest assessment of the progress you've made and what comes next.

Common questions.
If your question isn't here, ask it on the intro call.
— 01How often will we train?+
Most clients train one to three times per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. We figure out the right frequency together — there's no single answer that's right for everyone.
— 02What if I haven't trained in years?+
You're in the right place. A lot of my clients arrive after long breaks — from kids, careers, injuries, or just life. We start where you actually are, not where you used to be or wish you were. Progress is paced for your body, not someone else's expectations.
— 03What if I have an injury or health concern?+
Many of my clients come to me precisely because they have something going on — a bad back, a replaced joint, a chronic condition, a recent surgery. We work with your medical team and around your specific needs. The point is to make movement an asset, not a liability.
— 04Where do sessions happen?+
Peak Performance's private training facilities in Wilmington, Delaware. Calm, professional, uncrowded — no waiting for equipment, no intimidating gym culture. Remote coaching is also available if you train independently or travel often.
— 05What does it cost?+
Investment varies based on session frequency and program length. We discuss specifics during the intro call once we've talked about your goals and what would actually serve you best. No pressure, no surprise pricing.
