Many trainers are all about how much can you lift or how much can you endure — like some sort of badge of honor. Andrew has an amazing awareness of how your body moves and how it should be moving while exercising. With extra attention to working with my body, to provide more flexibility and range of motion, I have been very pleased to see the continued improvements.
